I referred a seller to Katerra to sell family land. While the seller did not live in the state where the land was located it was such pleasure to work with Katerra as she kept myself and the seller informed during the entire process. Katerra is amazing! She follows up on everything and works very hard for you to get the best deal and home for you. She cares about her buyers desires and is very respectful and reliable. She has a very calm demeanor but she will fight for you, if she needs to. This is a good thing. Most realtors these days don't do this. She has the necessary experience to not disappoint.
